Vertical Steam Boiler introduction
Vertical Steam Boiler is an small steam capacity (0.1-1tph)
equipment. Vertical Steam Boiler is three-pass structure steam
boiler with top-fired burner. The flame can completely spread from
the top to the bottom and burn sufficiently. The gas need to make a
three pass heat transfer, so the heat loss is reduced and the
thermal efficiency is higher.

Features of Vertical Steam Boiler
1. Vertical Steam Boiler is formed by the main pressure parts, such
as the shell cover, boiler barrel, furnace roof, furnace and
horizontal pipes and so on.
The crossing arrangement of the furnace in the heat pipe increased
the radiation heating areas.
2. The water circulation is good, all the parts that the flue gas
flushed having water cooling,
and the whole structure has good elasticity.

our service team. But the Buyer will be only in charge of:
1. The round air-tickets costs from Zhengzhou city to project site.
- Board and lodging of seller’s workers for the entire period at the
end-user’s site.
- Necessary communication cost.
- Service fee of Seller’s worker: USD 100/day/person, for the entire
period at the end-user’s site. This quotation excludes all
consumables during erection, commission and trail run, like
instrument, common tools, installation auxiliaries and oil etc.
